Still dealing with my cold, I went to the gym anyway and had a workout with Billy. I was running late, so I did not get a chance to stretch, and hopefully I will be more careful when planning my schedule. I came home and I was still mad about this situation at the synagogue. I contacted a couple of friends who really helped me look at the situation from another perspective. I have some homework to do, mainly writing about my feelings and sharing them with my friends. I am so grateful I have these people in my life. I did not binge and stayed on track with my food. I did not feel that great today. I was going to stay home, however I sent Billy a text and told him I was not feeling good. He was not feeling good either, but suggested that I go to the gym anyway and do a light cardio. So I got dressed and went to the gym. I would have stayed home if I had not contacted him. I spent 20 minutes on the Arc machine and worked off 176 calories. I took a shower, and before coming home to fix dinner, I was walking down the street, and who should be coming but Mike and Billy! We had a chance to talk and thanked him for the pep text. I am so grateful for this opportunity, thank you Manuel. I am still congested, and hoping that when I wake up tomorrow I will feel better. Billy gave me homework, so I am planning to go up to Bernal Hill tomorrow and spend some down time with nature. I'll tell you all about it tomorrow.
