DIAKADI would like to congratulate Devon Crosby-Helms on her following accomplishments:

On March 20, 2011 she qualified for the Olympic Trials in the marathon at the LA Marathon and set a great PR of 2:43 in some of the worst weather you can run a marathon in!
On April 9, 2011 Devon won the 2011 USATF 100k National Championship (road) and punched her ticket
to the WC100k in September in the Netherlands.  She also ran a PR of 7:46 which puts her as one of the top 10 fastest women All-Time for North America at the distance.
This past Tuesday, April 19, 2011 my good friend Krissy Moehl and I went out to break an 8 year old women's FKT (fastest known time) record at the Grand Canyon's Rim to Rim to Rim. We ran a 9:12 and set the new FKT together.
The rest of the year should be fun and hopefully I little less dense in terms of big races back to back. I am not quite down with the current onslaught of racing as I head to Australia on the 8th of May to race the NF100k down there. After that, I have a bit of a break before I go after some more FKT's, the World 100k championship and pursue the A standard for the OT (Olympic Trials).
