With over eight years of experience in the field of personal training, Darwin has been fortunate enough to have worked with individuals from all walks of life and with a variety of fitness goals; designing and implementing individualized exercise programs to allow them to reach those goals. He received my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with a minor in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston, and received certifications through the American College of Integrated Medicine as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
