During this TKS we will look at the main lifts used during kettlebell sport competitions; clean, jerk and snatch. We will explore regressions and corrective strategies for each lift, as well as talk about programming guidelines surrounding sport style kettlebell lifting, including the WKC Strength and Conditioning Protocol. We will also discuss how and why training with kettlebells can provide a fun and uniquely challenging workout for you and your clients.
