A detailed walk through of how to select exercises and where to place them in an exercise program to invoke enough postural, neurological, and muscular stimulation for the rehabbing client. This presentation will be focused on building strength for the newly rehabbed (out of working out for 8 weeks but post Physical therapy) client. This, followed by a second phase of transitioning into a base strength program.

This second phase will integrate newly acquired postural, neurological and muscular stimulation from phase 1 and apply it to increasing strength and improving movement quality in the gym to continue rehab of injury and improve quality of life.
