Course Description:

Each week begins with a brief check-in where we discuss the specific physical challenges mamas are dealing week to week.  Check in is followed by a safe, vigorous workout designed to build strength, eliminate back pain, and burn calories by utilizing cables, bands, free weights, and your own body weight. Workshop also includes strategies for how to work out while with your baby, toddler or child.

Workshops are limited to 5 participants and also includes simple homework. Each class builds on the last; participation in full 4 week workshops is strongly encouraged. We understand new mom life is hectic so we have single dates also available.

Sara is a mother, trainer and yoga instructor.  She has been training pre and post natal women for 10 years and developed a whole new perspective after having her own little one last year.
