This course will give a quick overview of the benefits of alternative disciplines (yoga, mobility training, proprioception, animal flow) as practices that can be used to train and enhance any type of athlete’s performance. Attendees will get familiar with the different modalities they can use and for what clients each type will be most useful. In addition, instructors will go over a simple way to program and cue these exercises.

There will be a practice turf section where attendees will learn alternative techniques.
