🤸🏼‍♂️ Coordination + Agility

Presented by Tony Comella:

  • Coordination and agility drills should be a staple in many training programs. Accidental falls account for 70% of accident related deaths over age 75. About a third of people over 65 years old fall each year and at the age of 80 years or more this proportion increases to 50%. We can’t actually “prevent” anything but I am confident that you can significantly reduce occurrences with intelligent training.

Main Takeaways:

  • Methods and/or strategies that are effective in reducing the risk of falls, reduce ACL injuries, and increase quality of life for our clients.

  • Learn why the agility ladder might be one of the best pieces of functional training equipment available.

  • Understanding how to effectively incorporate coordination and agility drills into your training programs.
