Trainer Name | Lynne Speckman Lynne has been involved in fitness and athletics her whole life. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and actively participates in weight training, core and stability training, running, endurance cycling, snowboarding and hiking. She’s completed marathons, triathlons and endurance cycling events. Her years of experience have given her the knowledge to instruct and the understanding of the work and dedication it takes to achieve health and fitness goals. She brings this knowledge and understanding to her workout sessions to help clients achieve their goals.
