It is about that time of year again...SNOW SPORTS SEASON! Billy Polson, who loves snowboarding even more than his husband for 3 months out of the year, wants to help you out with getting a jump on your legs conditioning for boarding this winter. In this video, he will walk through the use of a BOSU and/or balance board during your exercises in order to train your tilting reflex for the up-coming season. He also offers a quick idea on endurance training so your legs will be just as fresh at 3:15p, as they were at 10a on the mountain. Now get to work and keep wishing for some snow!
