ViPR stands for Vitality, Performance and Re-Conditioning. This exercise tool was created by Michol Dalcourt in order to teach people of all demographics how to move more efficiently via total body integration. It's also excellent for strength and conditioning. So many tools used for exercise only trains one or just a few muscles. ViPR teaches the body how to use our muscles together as one in harmony. Christian will show several ViPR exercises (with progressions) so other DIAKADI trainers can have a greater arsenal to provide for their clientele.
