because it is packed full of deeply nutritious greens, which are usually hard to get into a quick breakfast diet. Depending on what ingredients you choose to put in, smoothie color can range from green to bright purple.
For the base of the smoothie, he recommends the following ingredients:

- 2 cups water (add more water if starts to get too thick)
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 handful of organic carrots

Recommended Additions to Swap in and Out based on Seasonal Organic Availability:

- 1/2 cup of cubed, raw organic red beets (Prep: I skin the raw beets and chop them, storing them in tupperware in freezer. Then add a handful)
- a couple stems of mint
- a half organic orange, lemon, lime (Yep, rind and all. The rind gives it a HUGE citrus kick.)
- 1/2 cup raw organic coconut
- half cup of peeled avocado
- raw ginger

- cinnamon powder
Then, lastly he always tops it off with something to cool it down a bit:
