| THE ASSESSMENT |
If you have never trained with Paul, there will be a 15 - 20 minute assessment done before you hop into the 3 week course to better understand the current state of your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance.
| 4 TO 1 RATIO |
This is no typical group class. This is personal training with the support of a small team AROUND YOU. For every 4 students, there is 1 coach to lead you through your session
| THE WORKOUT |
Exercises will be done in a circuit style and complemented with athletic cardiovascular movements to keep your heart rate up. The workout will include aspects of stability, strength, and power and have your body moving in all planes of motion.
| WEEKLY AT HOME/GYM WORKOUT DOCUMENT |
To keep you on track throughout the 3 weeks we spend together, each attendee will receive a Microsoft Excel document workout TO COMPLETE ON THEIR OWN. This workout will reflect the same programming style (a combination of upper and lower full body movements) as in our group sessions so that you can complete it at home or at your local gym.

| RATES |
$240 for 3 week camp package
*All NEW STUDENTS must attend a complimentary assessment session prior to your first purchased class. These assessments will be scheduled during the initial phone call with your instructor.
| POLICIES |
*This camp has a (4) person minimum and maximum. If the minimum is not met, the camp will not take place and each participant will receive a full refund. A confirmation will be sent to each participant once your group has been filled.
*No refunds within 1 week prior to the first day of camp.
*If you are unable to make one of the sessions during the (4) Week Camp, Instructor Paul Wright will provide a 1x 30-Minute Individual Make-up Session scheduled directly between you and the Instructor. This can be discussed during your initial assessment.
