This class combines basic boxing fundamentals: Basic Punches, Foot Work, Bag Work + Mitt Work. Your new skills will improve your sport specific program as well as your daily activities. This class is a must if you have never taken boxing before, or if you need a refresher course.
This class combines a rigorous vinyasa yoga warm up & warm down with intelligent, intense and effective strength & core training.
Over the course of three weeks, all members will gain an improved sense of flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance offered by the limb lengthening, grounding and intention-setting practice of yoga.
