BIO.

The iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back.
— Henry Rollins

Noah’s love of fitness and weight training begins back before high school, where he was often known as ‘the kid that gets up early to go to the gym.’ Along with playing the iron game for almost 20 years and years playing various high school sports, Noah was a D1 collegiate Track and Field athlete at the College of William & Mary. After a brief stint in the financial world Noah began his career as a full-time coach and fitness professional in Washington DC where he owned and operated three gyms.

In his seven plus years as a full-time coach Noah has been fortunate to learn from and coach beside some of the most brilliant minds in the world of strength training and fitness, including Charles Poliquin, Stephane Cazeault and James Fitzgerald. He's trained and helped hundreds of trainees as well as professional athletes and fashion icons, including a 2017 Miss Universe finalist.

Noah has devoted his professional career to building training programs that focus on one thing - results. The fitness world is unfortunately filled with infighting, dogma, fads and tricks meant to distract or impress. But years of study with great coaches, classic training and scientific literature, and of course practical experience allows Noah to sift through and separate what's flashy from what works to build you the best possible training program for your goals.

‘Kaizen’, a Japanese world that roughly translates to constant, incremental improvements. Systematically planning for small, steady changes leads to tremendous improvement in less time than you’d think.

TESTIMONIALS.

As a business-owner, father, and husband, my time to workout is limited, so I need my 4-6 hours dedicated to working out each week to be as effective as possible. Working with Noah I found very quickly that he doesn’t do random. Everything is planned utilizing the best fitness science and knowledge to maximize gains. And it works. I’ve never been stronger or more lean. I am happy. My wife is happy. And I am having fun learning new exercises that challenge me mentally and physically each day.

I have never been so STOKED to go to the gym every day!!! It’s the highlight of my work week. I almost hate when I have to rest and don’t get to go work out. I’m always excited to see how I’ve improved or what I can do better. The cycles are always different and unique - it’s so fun to see what else Noah has up his sleeve. And my body composition has definitely changed - my waist has gotten smaller but my butt has grown in the short amount of time I’ve been doing the program!!! One month in with Noah and the results are quick and apparent.

From the start Noah’s programming felt tailored specifically to what I asked for during my intro. The program was deliberate and purposeful, building each one of my lofty goals from the ground up slowly and steadily. I started to notice muscle growth first, next I was able to ditch my long-standing crutch of using way too much gear all the time, and then came head-to-toe, bone crushing strength I’ve never felt before. I was tearing through my wardrobe just as fast as I was tearing through the iron. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
