Noah’s love of fitness and weight training begins back before high school, where he was often known as ‘the kid that gets up early to go to the gym.’ Along with playing the iron game for almost 20 years and years playing various high school sports, Noah was a D1 collegiate Track and Field athlete at the College of William & Mary. After a brief stint in the financial world Noah began his career as a full-time coach and fitness professional in Washington DC where he owned and operated three gyms.
In his seven plus years as a full-time coach Noah has been fortunate to learn from and coach beside some of the most brilliant minds in the world of strength training and fitness, including Charles Poliquin, Stephane Cazeault and James Fitzgerald. He's trained and helped hundreds of trainees as well as professional athletes and fashion icons, including a 2017 Miss Universe finalist.
Noah has devoted his professional career to building training programs that focus on one thing - results. The fitness world is unfortunately filled with infighting, dogma, fads and tricks meant to distract or impress. But years of study with great coaches, classic training and scientific literature, and of course practical experience allows Noah to sift through and separate what's flashy from what works to build you the best possible training program for your goals.
