Polina has been passionate about movement since the age of 3, when her grandfather would wake her up every summer morning to practice handstands on the beach. In high school, Polina was the captain of her varsity swim team and skied competitively. While in college, she discovered circus arts and in 2008 moved to San Francisco to take her circus training to the next level.

Polina draws on her background in circus arts, strength training, dance, competitive swimming, yoga, health coaching and massage therapy to create deeply customized, fun and effective programs for people looking to bring a deeper level of fitness, health and well-being into their lives.  Polina is a certified CHEK Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, a yoga practitioner of ten years and a lifelong learner. She is continually learning new modalities, methods and techniques so she can deliver the very best to her clients.

Outside of exercise, Polina is passionate about holistic health. Having been chronically nauseous for two years and finding no answers with western medicine, Polina started exploring alternative modalities.  Through this exploration, Polina regained a level of health and vitality deeper than anything she had ever known. Polina now believes that optimal health comes when we address imbalances on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels, and loves to work with clients to get them feeling their very best. Polina founded WholeBody Transformations in a commitment to help people relate to their bodies with compassion, joy and ease.
