I believe that fitness is highly individual. Everyone is looking for something different and unique from their form of exercise: From the parents trying to keep up with their young kids to the athlete prepping for a contest, from someone trying to get rid of pain and imbalances to the person looking for their best body. ALL goals should be embraced and made safe inside the kingdom of the gym. With my programming first and foremost I believe that Personal Training should be Personal.

My name is Steve and I began working with Ricky in 2011 when I was on the verge of my 61st birthday. While I was in better-than-average shape when we started working together, Ricky helped me take my fitness to the next level. In addition to twice-weekly workout sessions with him, Ricky provided diet guidance and suggested routines for my own workout sessions. Ricky’s sessions are always challenging but never humiliating, fun but serious – and most importantly effective. Ricky took time to understand me and my goals and our workouts are tailored to meet my personal fitness objectives. The combination of Ricky’s professional advice and motivation has worked for me and I am in the best physical condition of my life. People don’t believe me when I tell them how old I am. If you are willing to put the work in and want results, Ricky can definitely help you achieve your fitness goals.

I can’t say enough about the training experience I’ve had with Ricky. I trained with Ricky for almost three years. During that time, I achieved not only fat loss, but lifting personal bests that I would have never imagined. His guidance really helped me in all fitness areas of my life, including running, and ice hockey. That all being said, the absolute best part about working with Ricky is that he cares. He incorporates all aspects of fitness, including diet, and really goes out of his way to help you achieve your goals, no matter how big or little they are. He is a great friend and truly cares about his clients as people. He is always pleasant and motivating and always has a laugh and a smile, even while asking you to do more judo pushups...
