Ricky developed a passion for fitness at the young age of nine. As a football player, track runner, and former body builder, he turned his passion into a career and joined the fitness industry. Over the past ten years, he's worked at gyms including Las Vegas Athletic Club, 24 Hour Fitness, and Crunch. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the industry's most highly recognized personal training certification, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Ricky is also certified in Crossfit, Kettlebells, TRX, and Rocktape.
After a complimentary Fitness Assessment, Ricky leads his clients through custom, tailored workouts targeted to achieve goals and to help every client develop healthy fitness, eating, and living habits.
Ricky trains clients of all ages, levels, and from all fitness backgrounds, as well as those with injuries, physical challenges, and other special conditions. Ricky has expertise in weight training, power training, weight loss, muscle development, bootcamp instruction, class instruction, contest show prep, as well as diet and nutritional supplementation. He pays special attention to training form and program design in order to maximize results and avoid injury.
