| THE ASSESSMENT |
If you have never trained with Chris, there will be a 15 - 20 minute assessment done before you hop into the 4 week course to better understand the current state of your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. Chris will also teach you proper wrapping technique and jump rope fundamentals.

This is no typical group class. This is personal training with the support of a small team AROUND YOU. This camp has a (4) person minimum and (10) person maximum.
| THE WORKOUT |
This class combines basic boxing fundamentals: Basic Punches, Foot Work, Bag Work + Mitt Work. Your new skills will improve your sport specific program as well as your daily activities. This class is a must if you have never taken boxing before, or if you need a refresher course.

To keep you on track throughout the 4 weeks we spend together, each attendee will receive a nutrition plan on "How to Eat Like a Boxer" as well as a cardio program to complete at home, outdoors or at your local gym.

$200 for (4) week camp package.

*All NEW STUDENTS must attend a complimentary assessment session prior to your first purchased class. These assessments will be scheduled during the initial phone call with your instructor.
*This camp has a (4) person minimum and (10) person maximum. If the minimum is not met, the camp will not take place and each participant will receive a full refund. A confirmation will be sent to each participant by March 16th.
*No refunds within 1 week prior to the first day of camp.
