| THE ASSESSMENT |

Athletes will begin with a one-on-one consultation and baseline evaluation with a coach to review injury history, assess biomechanics, and capture movement, jump-landing, and force plate data. The information gathered in these individual sessions will be used to tailor the movement education series to the group. 

 

|RATIO |

To maximize the effectiveness of the coach-to-athlete ratio, this camp has a (4) person minimum and (8) person maximum.

 

| THE PROGRAM |

Athletes will attend eight hours of group sessions. Each session will focus on one component of sports performance, including but not limited to: nutrition, movement and agility training, mental health, recovery, and sports-specific skills. We will invite carefully selected, female sports and health care professionals from the community to join us for weekly conversations.  An emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and supportive environment that allows athletes to leave with an arsenal of tools that will benefit all areas of their performance, training and recovery.

 

| MATERIALS |

Prior to the start of the program, each participating athlete will complete an injury, sleep and nutrition questionnaire. Athletes will receive a performance kit, gifts from our sponsors, and access to supplemental materials to complement the series.

*All participants must be rising female high school sophomores or higher

$480 for Two Week & One Week Camp Packages

 

| POLICIES |

*ALL ATHLETES must attend a complimentary assessment session prior to your first purchased class. These assessments will be scheduled during the initial phone call with your coach.

*This camp has a (4) person minimum and (8) person maximum. If the minimum is not met, the camp will not take place and each participant will receive a full refund. A confirmation will be sent to each participant by Monday, June 11th.

*No refunds within 1 week prior to the first day of camp.
