| THE ASSESSMENT |

If you have never trained with Joe, there will be a 15 - 20 minute assessment done before you hop into the 3 week course to better understand the current state of your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. Joe will also teach you the proper fundamentals of a vinyasa yoga flow.

 

| 4 TO 1 RATIO |

This is no typical group class. This is personal training with the support of a small team AROUND YOU. This camp has a (4) person minimum and (8) person maximum.

 

| THE WORKOUT |

This class combines a rigorous vinyasa yoga warm up & warm down with intelligent, intense and effective strength & core training.

Individuals new to vinyasa will gain familiarity with a vinyasa flow, while seasoned vinyasa practitioners will be introduced a new meaning of the word ‘tapas’.

Over the course of three weeks, all members will gain an improved sense of flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance offered by the limb lengthening, grounding and intention-setting practice of yoga.

To keep you on track throughout the 3 weeks we spend together, each attendee will receive clean eating recommendations as well as a corrective exercise and flexibility program to complete at home or at a local gym.

| RATES |

$195 for (3) week camp package

*All NEW STUDENTS must attend a complimentary assessment session prior to your first purchased class. These assessments will be scheduled during the initial phone call with your instructor.

 

| POLICIES |

*This camp has a (4) person minimum and (8) person maximum. If the minimum is not met, the camp will not take place and each participant will receive a full refund. A confirmation will be sent to each participant by (Friday, June 1st).
