Whether you are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply training for life, the ability to feel, move, and perform well is paramount. Tony's mission is to help you reduce pain and restore optimal function through a combination of movement, education, and manual therapy.

Tony completed his undergraduate education at UC Davis receiving a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy through the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. In order to continue expanding his knowledge and practical skill set, he consistently devote time in self-study and continuing education courses, including the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), the McKenzie Method, high-velocity low-amplitude thrust (HVLAT) from the Spinal Manipulation Institute, Myofascial Decompression Techniques (cupping), and USA Weightlifting.

In my free time, Tony enjoys watching the Warriors, hiking, mountain biking, and improving his own athletic development through various training programs.

Tony was incredibly helpful in helping me recover from the worst basketball injury I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve played. We started with the very basics of building foundational strength, and ultimately built back up towards explosive/dynamic exercises. Thanks to Tony’s expertise, I am well ahead of my initial recovery schedule and am on the way to being stronger and more explosive than before the injury. I will continue to look to Tony for all my rehab and performance needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Tony after sustaining a forearm injury during rock climbing. After just two visits, I felt immediate relief. Not only is Tony friendly, professional and knowledgeable, but he had me back in the gym in no time. I couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist.
