The kickstart for each of Billy Polson’s clients is his 90-minute comprehensive fitness assessment, in order to learn all that he can about your health history, as well as your current physical condition and goals.

Monthly Sessions + Program Design

Billy uses the data gathered during your intake and assessment to handcraft a truly unique four-week fitness program for you. Your personal exercise selection and program design is based on your health history, current strengths + challenges, and your priority goals, in order to guarantee you the best results in the most efficient time possible.

Program pricing comes in three different options, depending on how many days a week you are hoping to meet with Billy in-person. More details and specific prices are included in the graphic below and will also be fully discussed during your complimentary consultation with Billy.

Reassessments and Program Updates

Billy follows the same results-driven framework with every client:

  • Comprehensively assess

  • Set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)

  • Develop and follow an individualized fitness and wellness program

  • Reassess for results and challenges

  • Adjust goals, adjust program, repeat

Every four weeks, your movement, progressions, challenges and results will be tracked and reassessed, in order to determine the best adjustments to be made when designing your next four week program.
