KyLE’s BIO.

Kyle got his start in health and fitness at 14 years old when he turned to the gym as a way to overcome insecurity around his size and weight. From there he found himself falling in love with the training process and learning more about how the body works to build muscle and increase strength. This passion took him to Springfield College where he got his B.S. in Applied Exercise Science. Since then Kyle has continued to help people accomplish their goals. These goals range from preparation for sport, losing weight, building muscle, increasing strength and power, and improving the quality of movement to increase output and decrease pain.

Kyle’s mission for his clients is to bring them closer to their goals in the most direct path possible. His approach is centered around meeting his clients where they’re at, identifying the factors that are limiting their progress, and overcoming these barriers through principle based programming. There are too many programs out there that cast a wide net and accomplish minimal results with a one size fits all approach. Kyle creates individualized programs for each of his clients based on their specific goals and needs, while measuring specific metrics that objectively demonstrate progress.

Sports and athletics have been a major part of Kyle’s life. Prior to college he participated in soccer, baseball, football, gymnastics, wrestling, and boxing. In college he played Rugby where he was a two-time Captain and First Team All Conference Selection his senior year. Since then he’s continued to expand his athletic ability with distance running, weightlifting, and martial arts. At the heart of all these endeavors has always been the training that he uses as a way to improve his performance while minimizing risk of injury. With each new client Kyle brings a wealth of experience and expertise that continue to elevate his ability to help others in the most direct way possible.
