Zoe’s BIO.

She/hER

Movement and sports have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was little, I started with swimming, gymnastics and ballet. As I got older I moved into playing basketball, flag football, running cross country, and track. Being involved in so many different sports taught me that there’s no singular way to be “athletic or strong” and good training is about personalizing the right approach to the goal.

I started my professional fitness career at Orangetheory, where I strengthened my coaching communication skills to reach a wide range of experience levels. I expanded to personal training and specializing in pre/postnatal fitness. My experience taught me how to support women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery by being able to adapt and structure training to keep them safe, comfortable, and progressing toward personal goals.

My training style is straightforward and methodical. Years of training taught me that progress comes from consistency and effort. I meet clients at their current level, create a direct path toward the goal, and use the training philosophies I’ve developed over the years to determine the best approach at every stage. In practice, this means keeping the process and the focus at the forefront. We drill the most effective movements, assess and measure what’s working, revise the plan and drill again. There’s no room for fluff, extremes, or quick fixes, just purposeful training that makes steady progress. Over time, this process turns our program into a well oiled machine, producing progress while building the strength, habits, and skills needed to stay healthy for life.

My goal is to give every client the structure, knowledge, and understanding they need to create results that last both inside and out of the gym. Clients understand the principles behind the training, clients can recognize what our bodies are capable of, and feel confident applying these strategies through life.
