Appetizers are a must at the table. You need something to snack on while the main dishes are cooking.. This creamy kale dip is a easy, healthy, alternative!

I’m a huge fan of a great holiday appetizer - something savory to snack on while enjoying the company of family and friends. This one is plant-based, protein-packed, healthy, and is a hit with my health-nut and non health-nut friends alike.

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, GUILT-FREE.

So what's the secret to this healthy, creamy, whole-foods version of green bean casserole??

I found this recipe because I have always loved green bean casserole as a kid. But since I need to eat a gluten free and dairy free diet I had to find another recipe. I love this recipe the most because it uses cashews that have been soaked which helps the nutrients to be unlocked and your body to better absorb them. I use all the substitutions suggested to follow the gluten free diet. I also try and use fresh green beans, I find they have a little better texture than frozen ones.

A simple side dish on Christmas can go a long way. Give the once unpopular vegetable a new reputation and try this twist on brussel sprouts that will have everyone asking for the recipe.

I love charred veggies and anything with a lemon tang to it!

Did you save room for dessert?? These protein packed banana blueberry muffins will perfectly top off your Thanksgiving feast.

I’m addicted to these as a post dinner treat!

Pancakes are delicious and are great for a special occasion, but for a normal week they are a lot of work. So my genius partner turned them into muffins and makes them every Sunday so we have them for the week ahead. They are great pre/post workout snacks or perfect at night as a healthy dessert treat.
