My fitness journey started the same way it does for a lot of people—I was an athlete who loved training hard, lifted heavy through my college years, and eventually got injured doing exactly that. Instead of giving up the gym, I decided to educate myself so I could keep doing what I love safely, intelligently, and for the long run.
That choice changed everything. I learned how to train in a way that actually moves the needle—prioritizing good movement, smart progression, recovery, and consistency. Along the way, I was able to return to competition in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, most recently earning my pro card. Now, I’m chasing my next fitness goal while helping others build bodies that support their lives.
As a coach, I focus on what truly matters: strength you can use, confidence you can feel, and progress that lasts. I help you cut through the noise, avoid common mistakes, and train with purpose—because health and performance are built over time. And while the real goal is moving better and feeling stronger, looking good along the way certainly isn’t a bad side effect.
