about bringing results oriented, science based personalized training programs to her clientele. Her clients appreciate the variety of exercises in her training toolbox drawing from disciplines including developmental movement patterns, corrective exercise, functional movement, calisthenics, gymnastics, bodybuilding and weightlifting. She considers exercise and movement an important component in optimal mental and physical wellbeing and quality of life, a standard she encourages her clients to strive towards.
The workouts she designs for inside the gym paired with holistic coaching of lifestyle factors that exist outside of the gym have helped clients lose unwanted fat and keep it off, improve performance in their sport, build resiliency against chronic stress, chronic pain and disease symptoms, and in many cases become physically stronger than they ever imagined possible! A native of Berkeley, California, a cat mom and dog lover, her personal passions include working out, cooking, traveling, reading, dancing, studying languages and pole sport, having competed in three pole dancing competitions so far.
