Chris Dovale has been a Personal Trainer in the Bay Area for over 10 years. He has helped guide hundreds of clients on their fitness journey: losing 100 pounds, eliminating diabetes, becoming more confident through boxing, & getting a six pack for the first time.

Chris grew up a skinny kid and was always on a mission to become bigger, better and stronger through martial arts, weight lifting, and calisthenics. His method of teaching blooms from his love of learning. He’s experienced many methods first hand from fitness to nutrition to self defense. He kept what he found valuable and disregarded the unnecessary. He then treated the gym as his own personal laboratory, applying techniques to his clients that he tested and proved successful on himself. With over a decade of experience, he brings his prized toolbox to the table, eager to work with whomever is dedicated to becoming the best version of themselves. 


I have finally reached my 100 pound weight loss goal with the help of Personal Trainer Chris Dovale. Through his hard work and dedication (and my diet), we accomplished a goal that I had set out for myself nearly three years ago. If you want to see results, make sure you train with Chris Dovale! When I walk around the gym, I get asked how I train, what I do, if I am a firefighter or hold some other job that requires extreme physical fitness. Now, whilst I do like to think that I have something to do with that myself. I have to own up to those results being thanks to Chris’s dedication to my training program. Chris has a way of making you do the toughest exercises with a smile, and ensures you do each one 100% correct by circling around you like a shark until you get it right! Now, if all that isn’t enough to get you going and get your body in the best shape ever... then I would seriously consider giving up if I were you.

I have been an athlete all of my life, however sitting at a desk over the last couple of years had taken a toll on my overall health and fitness. Like many people, I wanted to turn my fitness around and get into shape. The problem for me was that I didn’t really know how to do it without wasting time on boring cardio machines.
