Andrew’s passion for fitness is inspired by an innate desire to connect with and help others. His eagerness to learn keeps him at forefront of wellness and exercise science. He brings positive energy and an intuitive nature, making every training session productive and fun.
Andrew’s practice begins with a comprehensive assessment of each client’s posture, movement patterns, nutritional habits, and daily routines. He then designs an individualized program that addresses the holistic needs of each client. His approach combines functional movement training, corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, and stress reduction techniques to promote a more balanced life. Encouraging clients to listen to their bodies, he emphasizes mindfulness to uncover the best path forward. As a supplement to movement training, Andrew uses a ground-breaking neuroscience technique called P-DTR to treat muscular and neurological dysfunctions on the spot, often reducing or eliminating pain, increasing strength, and enhancing mind-body connection enabling clients to exercise with ideal biomechanics.
Andrew enjoys a fun and meaningful relationship with his clients. He draws on his past disciplines in sports and swimming, current practices of yoga & non-violent communication (NVC), and his personal experience overcoming injury and obesity. He offers a judgement free and spiritually open environment producing meaningful change in all aspects of his client’s lives.
